What to expect with shipping?

All timepieces from NS LUXE are inspected for authenticity, timegrapher performance-tested, and shipped insured via FedEx. Shipping via FedEx Priority Overnight is the preferred method on both sides of the logistics process.

You can expect your timepiece to be shipped with a new box that is double/triple boxed. Wrapping will be tight, so there will be no movement during transit. For each shipment, we properly document the process by recording a video to confirm the condition of the timepiece is as described during packaging. Rest assured you will receive the timepiece in the condition as described to the best of our ability.

We will let you know when your package is shipped to you for delivery. Our preferred destination is your local FedEx shipping location. Shipping directly from one FedEx to another FedEx location minimizes any issues with packages being lost in transit or accidentally left at a residential address even though signature upon receipt was required. When shipped directly to your local FedEx shipping location, you will be required to present a photo ID and sign for the package.

Expect us to communicate the tracking number and expected delivery date the day the package is shipped. If there are any questions or concerns, contact NS LUXE before taking any action that may damage your timepiece or cause issues.
