Return Policy.

We have a strict return policy.

After your timepiece has been delivered, you have (2) two days to conduct a proper inspection. If there are any issues, you must contact NS LUXE within (2) two days to report the issue.

NS LUXE will only accept returns if you find an issue with the timepiece different from the original listing at the time of purchase. For instance, if the watch is broken, does not keep time, or is significantly scratched. All issues for the return must be shared with NS LUXE through a video recording before shipping the item back.

If there is indeed an issue with the timepiece, it must be shipped back to NS LUXE, and we will have it repaired and fixed at no cost to you. NS LUXE will pay for the insurance and shipping via FedEx Priority Overnight.

Do not attempt to resolve any issues on your own, as this action voids the return policy. The timepiece must be shipped and in transit back to NS LUXE within (5) five days of receipt.
