While you may notice that some luxury brands are not listed here, we target specific timepieces that meet our criteria for acquisition. Each timepiece we curate is not only a work of horological art, but market trends show that they hold value or appreciate over time.

Not all models meet our criteria for acquisition.

All timepieces from NS LUXE are inspected for authenticity, timegrapher performance-tested, and shipped insured via FedEx. Shipping via FedEx Priority Overnight is the preferred method on both sides of the logistics process.

You can expect your timepiece to be shipped with a new box that is double/triple boxed. Wrapping will be tight, so there is no movement during transit. For each shipment, we properly document the process to confirm the condition of the timepiece is as described during packaging.

We will let you know when shipping will occur and confirm that you will be available for signature delivery. Expect us to communicate the tracking number and delivery date. If there are any questions or concerns, contact NS LUXE before taking any action that may damage your timepiece or cause issues.

We have a strict return policy.

After your timepiece has been delivered, you have (2) two days to conduct a proper inspection. If there are any issues, you must contact NS LUXE within (2) two days to report the issue.

NS LUXE will only accept returns if you find an issue with the timepiece different from the original listing at the time of purchase. For instance, if the watch is broken, does not keep time, or is significantly scratched. All issues for the return must be shared with NS LUXE through a video recording before shipping the item back.

If there is indeed an issue with the timepiece, it must be shipped back to NS LUXE, and we will have it repaired and fixed at no cost to you. NS LUXE will pay for the insurance and shipping via FedEx Priority Overnight.

Do not attempt to resolve any issues on your own, as this action voids the return policy. The timepiece must be shipped and in transit back to NS LUXE within (5) five days of receipt.

NS LUXE has an “Invest-Up” program for all clients. For each timepiece purchased from NS LUXE, you are eligible for a buy-back of the timepiece that allows you to upgrade to a different brand or model. This invest-up program is eligible within the first 12 months of purchase. Each timepiece will be inspected before the buyback, and the acceptance into the program is contingent upon passing the quality control process. We gladly accept bank wire transfers, escrow.com (shared fee), bank-to-bank transfers, PayPal (current clients), and cash via in-person transactions. Texas residents must add 8.25% sales tax.

NS LUXE has established a fund for investing in a portfolio of bespoke investment timepieces.
